Upon stepping into Mercure, I was immediately struck by its easy-to-find location and pleasant Christmas decorations that added a festive touch to my stay. The lobby exuded a nice ambiance that set the tone for a delightful dining experience. I opted to explore the modern Chinese cuisine restaurant, which not only offered a diverse menu but also featured three private dining rooms, perfect for intimate gatherings. Indulging in breakfast, I savored traditional Indonesian dishes and a selection of Western favorites that satisfied my culinary curiosity. The main restaurant, serving Indonesian cuisine in an open kitchen style, provided a captivating view of the swimming pool and pond. The impeccable service complemented the flavors impeccably. Another F&B outlet, a Chinese restaurant with private dining rooms, catered to larger groups, making it an ideal spot for both business meetings and social occasions. Mercure proves to be a culinary haven, blending flavors and ambiance seamlessly for a memorable dining experience, reflective of its commitment to culinary innovation amidst a cozy setting.
